As the year 2025 comes to an end we said good bye to the class of 2025 and welcomed back our students to a new exciting school year. Hamilton College Dining would like to say THANK YOU!! Meet this dynamic duo! Sue & Jamie are the tag team responsible for cranking out all of the delicious food for lunch service at McEwen. Jamie’s favorite piece of equipment is his large stainless steel bowl set upon a rolling cart (see pic #2). He said he would be lost without it. When we asked Sue what excited her most about cooking here at Hamilton, her reply was.” I get so excited when I see there’s a long line out on the dining floor. That means those kids have come here to eat our food and that really excites and inspires me.” Thank you Sue and Jamie for all that you do. We appreciate you both.!!!

Using this method opens up a new way for me to use a different technique” When we asked Chen what inspires him or excites him to cook he said “seeing students happy when eating his food” Thank you Chen & Chris for all you do!
